Alec Bounds

Alec is a Senior Operating Director who specializes in procurement and supply chain. Alec is an experienced leader with over 20 years of experience transforming and enabling global procurement organizations across private equity, Fortune 500 companies, and government & defense organizations. Alec has deep experience across a variety of complex spend categories and industries and leverages a broad set of tools to deliver tangible cost reduction, improved total cost of ownership, operational process improvement, and reduced working capital.

Previously, Alec was the Chief Procurement Officer for Mirion Technologies, leading the global transformation of the procurement function and successful acquisition integrations. Prior roles include Director of Kimberly-Clark’s global procurement Center of Excellence, and management consulting roles for A.T. Kearney and Insight Sourcing Group.

Alec has a BS in Biology from Hampden-Sydney College and an MBA from Emory University.
