Beckway Congratulates Walt Simkins

Beckway would like to congratulate Walt Simkins on his recent promotion from captain to major in the Army Reserve. In the below photo, 402nd Civil Affairs Battalion commander, LTC Paul Bollenbacher, promotes Walt at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. As a major, Walt will continue serving in his new role as company commander.
