Acquisition to accelerate growth and enhance customer-facing capabilities
Philadelphia, PA (September 2019) - BeckWay Group is proud to announce the acquisition of Hudson Growth Partners, which specializes in growth strategy and commercial excellence. While the firms’ founding partners Mark Habner and Seth Rosenfield have worked together for nearly 15 years, in joining forces BeckWay and Hudson bring together a powerful combination of services for private equity funds and their portfolio companies. These include top-line growth, marketing and sales performance, talent, financial and operational excellence, cost management, and sourcing.
The acquisition will enable Hudson to accelerate its growth, reach and impact, while enhancing BeckWay’s market and customer-facing capabilities. Hudson looks forward to advancing BeckWay’s consulting/delivery model and economic performance as well as improving overall firm strategy, direction-setting and decision making. Additional plans include contributing to the success of its Talent Finders division as well as Hemingway Capital, a growth strategy advisory which engages in commercial due diligence and portfolio company growth.
