BeckWay Group welcomes Mike Bugaj to the team as Senior Operating Director. Mike has successfully led the HR function for multiple acquisitions and mergers, concentrating on developing the new leadership structures and teams, new compensation and total rewards plans, retention and talent acquisition strategies, and driving synergy goals and communications plans. Prior roles include CHRO at Alorica, SVP of HR at Expert Global Solutions, HR Director at Oracle, VP of Client Solutions and Org. Development at CSTech, and HR Manager at Xerox.
